Organisation
Teams keep the ball in their own square. On coaches call, ball is passed diagonally to player from the same team who has dropped form opposite box. After combination, attackers call for a cross from designated side and finish.

Defence play the ball out through fullback who passes to wide midfielder to start counter attack, 6v5.

Add Two retreating midfielders after 2 and 4 passes

Organisation
Blue team play the ball out and whites adopt defensive shape as appropriate. When ball is played to wide attackers, fullbacks take the ball, wide players rund around pole and back into play. Whites attack the goal.
