Game -
1v1 Game, teams will switch attacking and defensive roles after 3 minutes, score is kept (aggregate winner).
Red team 'striker' checks into the ball. Blue team center back follows them in. Red team striker is attempting to turn and score on the goal they came from. After that rep, the side that just played the ball in will now be the team checking into the ball/defending.
Next progression is the playing group stepping into play to create a 2v1 + recovery run (around the goal before getting in the game)
Organization - 1 grid of 20 W x 25L2 teams ATT / DEF - switch every 3 minutes (competition)
Coaching Points - DEF
1. Track Forward (anticipate the pass)
2. Force the ball back - do not let him turn
3. Defend with upper body first / look at the ball
4. Delay or Engage - Protect the goal

See the guidance at the top of this page to understand why you are not seeing interactive Football/Soccer images.
Game: 3 team possession game. 2 teams attack while 1 defends. Every time the defensive team wins the ball and connects 2 passes is a point. Game restarts again (no transitional - defensive team defends for 1.5 minutes rounds
Time: Each team defends 2x
Progression - Transitional game to work on defensive team getting organized first before they try to squeeze and win the ball back
Organization - 40x40
CP's -
1, Make the field smaller (use quadrants reference) to make defenders commit to winning the ball in that area once we choose to go
2. Responsibilities of 1st, 2nd and 3rd defender ( press, cover, balance)
1st defender - always communicating which way we are going
2nd defender - close central and read opposing team's body/intention - pass to arrive on time with the ball
3rd defender - balance / close central / watch for distance to weak side attacker (can you find an intermediate position that allows you to press 2 players)
3. Pressing actions - angle and intensity
4. Distances between lines (awareness of attacking players)

See the guidance at the top of this page to understand why you are not seeing interactive Football/Soccer images.
2 teams
4 games of 4 minutes
Game starts when defender (yellow) plays the ball to attacking player (blue). Blue decides when to turn to either gate - when that happens, defender must run through opposite gate as quick as he can to make it a 2v2 and deny the time of the 2v1 situation.
Game can be towards big goal with a gk or towards 2 small gates/goals to enhance decision making in 2v1 / 2v2 situation. After blues attacks - there is a transition moment towards end line Ball with defender by the GK 3v2
Cps
1. Angle of support (2v1)
2. Exploit space available
3. Make the defender commit
4. Decision making (goal 1st / pass 2nd)
