Organization:
23w x 15L. One ball.
Three even number teams. In this case 6v6 and 6 targets. iIn case 19 players total, make the 19th a +1 in the middle.
6 targets organize in two groups of three in the end line. Field is divided into three vertical channels to show flanks and middle.
Teams make a formation of a 4-2 + 3 targets as a 4-2-3.
Players cannot play back to targets.
Three minute long games. Switch teams after that.
Instructions:
Ball is to move from side to side until penetration through the mids can happen.
The way to score is to pass the ball to the targets on the other end.
Coaching Points:
Making 2v1 in the wing.
Looking before turning in the middle. Special focus on the #6 and #8
Creating space in the middle.
Possessing the ball quickly to then penetrate
Progressions:
If +1 in the middle, make player another target. Leave it even in the middle.
Make field bigger. It is tight to force transition.

Focused premises is pressing. When opponent defenders have the ball, our mids will press and the whole back line will move up to the middle third. If not, team will be penalized with a goal.

Organization:
Even teams going to goals.
Instructions:
- 3 teams of even players
- 2 teams on, 1 off resting
- Play for 2 minutes, or 1 goal, whichever comes first
- Winners stay on
- If no goal is scored in two minutes, newcomer wins.

- Reinforce all points from throughout the session

- Play 2 touch is level is good enough
