Transition Technical Practice
Teams try to keep possession in their half. 4 defenders go into the opposition half to try to win the ball, once they do so, they play into their half and follow the pass. 4 defenders then go across.
First team to make 50 passes wins

Condition : Add a 1/2 way line in that the defending team have to be in front of for their goal to count.

Box soccer:
1: Players have a ball each. Variation 1 is to dribble to the central cone and do a skill ove to their right and and then dribble to the next cone and perform a turn and dribble back to their start point. (Add in different dribbling variations e.g dribble to central cone and tunr and then do a skill move to the cone behind them and back to start point)
2. 1 ball per group. Variation 1 is to pass into the player in front of central cones who turns with thier 1st touch (outside foot / chop / insode cut etc) After the turn they dribbel and perform a skill move at the cone and dribble back to their start point.
-Have the next player start the dribble after the 1st or 2nd action.
