Organization:
1. Split group into three teams (2 playing and 1 neutrals)
2. The area is split into two halves
3. Players in the team that is out of possession are locked into their designated halves
4. Players in the team in possession are free to go anywhere in the whole area
5. On receiving the ball from a set of servers, the team must complete a set number of passes before they can transfer the ball into the next half
6. Once in the second half, teams can play into the servers whenevery they want for a point
Focus:
1. Identify where your teammate wants the ball to be played to them
2. Angle and distance of support
3. Recognize when to retain and when to pass the ball on
4. Understand when to progress into the next area
Possible Progressions/Regressions:
1. Alter the size/shape of area
2. Change the number of passes that must be completed before they team can progress into the second half
3. All players are unlocked
4. Ball cannot be played back to the support players
