Warm-Up

Juggling the ball for 3-5 minutes inside of a 6x6 square

Using foot, tight, chest and head.

Exercises 1-6

Organization

4 cones in a square shap (6x6).

Instructions - All exercises must be done with an interval for water break and cleaning the hands with hand sanitizing.

Exercise 1- Flick with both feet and dribble to the left cone (B) and turn with the inside foot back to the A cone . Repeat it with outside turn. - Look up while doing it.

Repeast it 15 times.

Exercise 2 - Outside out and In Drag with both feet (The ball travel in front of the opposite foot) and dribble to the C cone, and turn with the outside foot back to the A cone . Repeat it with inside turn. - Look up while doing it.

Repeast it 15 times.

Exercise 3 - Drag the ball forward and back with both feet (The ball travel forward in diagonal).

and dribble to the D cone and turn with the outside foot back to the A cone .

Look up while doing it.

Repeast it 15 times.

Exercise 4 - GAME

Players have 1 minute to pass the ball and it must stop on the top of the marl (A). It it stops, players call I made it and coach will check. Keep trying until the time if over.

Repeat it 3 times.

Exercise 5: Bring the ball behind the heel (It must be done using 3 touches and the forth touch to switch foot) and dribble to the left cone (B) and turn with the outside foot back to the A cone . Repeat it with outside turn. - Look up while doing it.

Repeast it 15 times. .

Repeast it 40 to 60 times.

Exercise 6- roll the ball forward then bring it to the opposite foot and hope back with it then dribble to the C cone and turn with the inside foot back to the A cone .

Repeat it with outside turn. - Look up while doing it.

Repeast it 15 times.

All exercises should be done with heads up and not looking down the whole time.

PS: In case of a ball goes to a playmmate square. Player must call and the player in the square will move away so his teammates will be allowed to get his ball back.

RULES

Prior to entering the training environment, players will be required to:

Wait in the car until staff member retrieves them.

Have their temperature checked prior to being admitted into the session. Anyone with a temperature higher than 100.4 will be asked to return home, and will be required to present clearance from their medical doctor prior to returning to the field.

Take and pass an online Covid-19 screener at the clubwebsite.

Wear a face-covering mask on the way to and from the field.

Bring their own equipment. Balls, water bottles, hand sanitizing and other materials may not be shared.
