Players will Dribble from cone to cone doing moves, once they get around the last cone they will dribble towards the goal and take the shot.
Right foot only cutting the ball with the inside or outside at each cone x3
Left foot only cutting the ball with the inside or outside at each cone x3
Right foot fake shot at each cone with the inside or outside at each cone x3
Left foot fake shot at each cone with the inside or outside at each cone x3
Dribbling to the cone stepping on the ball as you roll it with the same foot you step on to the other foot then push it with the outside of your foot x3
Dribbling to the cones with either foot then doing a scissors to change direction x3

Same set up as last drill now there will be no moves players will just be asked to dribble around the cones the first to score wins and the loser will be down for 5 push ups.
Make players go with right leg both, then players go with the left leg including the shots.
Warm up (15 mins)
Draw the ABC's with the top of the foot both right and left
Pull back push inside 10x, laces 10x, toe 10x both feet
Outside outside 20 times each foot
Fake shot stop the ball with the top of the foot 10x each foot.
Partner passing inside the foot 2 minutes
Partner passing rolling the ball with the top of the foot, the other player traps the ball with the top of the foot then roles back 2 min
Dribble in a circle around your partner using the inside of your foot 20 touches then switch
Dribble in a circle around your partner using the outside of your foot 20 touches then switch
