Passing in 2's
Partner returns one touch passes on either side of first cone that is on it's own. The two sets of gates will be two colors. When feeding partner orders a color, passing player backs up and takes next pass through gate with first touch and returns it with the second, and comes back into first cone for 1 touch passes.
1 minute 30 per player, repeat twice.

Attack vs defence exercise to play through and across.
Ball starts with shaded defender, moves across the pitch using CB to get it out to RB. RB decides it's not on against a low block, and the players switch it back to LCB using RCB. LCB then plays into ST/LAM to feed into LB path who is breaking through for a cross.
Progress to second phase where MF follows up a 2nd ball fed in by a resting player on the side of the goal to the top of the 18. (blue lines).
Introduce 2 center backs and full back to play against in low block. Rotate spots as needed. Play both directions.

2. Right. Each player runs out and rounds the cone on the left, back and around, runs through to the end. Repeat opposite side.
