Rondo Set Up (5 mins)

Method:

Set up as per a rondo.

Outer players(red) pass the ball to blue.

Blue kills/stops the ball dead, and runs away to opposite side.

Player in black, runs to the ball and passes to outer player.

Outer player passes to blue and this is repeated.

Coaching Points: 

Every player on their toes, passing accuracy, communication, open to receive, glance, activation of footballing muscles.
