DESCRIPTION

The objective is to coach the RED team

- Blue team start with the ball at 6 and must try and penetrate the Red teams low defensive block

--The two midfielders for the red team are closing the passing lanes for the 7 &11(this will need communication from the back three defenders to work as a unit across the 18 yard box )

-as the Blue teams front line move the RED team need to keep the defensive shape.

-First 5 minutes allow the deence to just play as normal and observe

- The blue team must try and move the ball quickly concentrating on quick one touch football between the lines.

- the idea for the RED team is to make sure they restrict the BLUES from getting into the danger zone(18 yard box)

-Force them wide or get them to play backwards
