Instructions:
The green team starts as an attack with the goal of connecting 7 passes for a point. The white team will try to defend and win the ball to counter on the small goals for a point. If they cant score on small goals, then keep the ball and they become the attacking team with the goal of connecting 7 passes.
Coaching Points:
Focus principles:
- Play forward as an option 1
- Keep the ball and repossess
Counter principles:
- React (Deny space and time) and pressure immediately
- Limit space in between lines
Intervals:
- 6 rounds of 2 minutes with 1 min rest ( 17 min)

Instructions:
The attacking team is set up as 6-8-10-9-7-11 with the objective of scoring on the big goal after connecting 5 passes minimum.
The defending team set up as 4-5-3-2-6-8
Coaching Points:

- Limit space in between lines
If the defending team successfully score a point, they will be out, orange tea will start as an attacking team
Intervals:
