Players dribble to the half way line and perform a TURN after the line.
Make players aware of team mates coming in the opposite direction
Use a variety of turns, STOP, HOOK, CRUYFF.

Time 15mins
Players 4 inside 4 outside Grid
Players dribble around the grid passing to players outside the grid
Once players have passed and received the ball they head back to the centre square where they perform a TURN
Players need to be aware of opponents coming in the same direction. If they encounter this they need to try and perform another turn
Keep players moving for about 2 mins then swap with players from outside the grid

All players are encouraged to use TURNS during play and when confronted by opponents
Begin by allowing players to score in the end zone. Once over the white line they cant be challenged. they then need to poduce a TURN of their choice to score.
Once they have scored they need to score in the opposite end
Award bonus points for a player who is confronted by an opponent and produces a TURN of their choice

1. Players perform lights jogs for 1 minute
2. Dynamic stretches for 3 minutes

Warm - up (10 mins)
1. Players jog across the pitch either or in pairs, with or without a ball, or in pairs passing the ball.
2. Players get into pairs for short passing, 1 or 2 touch with lateral movements.
3. Players perform dynamic stretches whilst moving forwards & backwards
4. Players perform 2 minutes of 15 yard runs.
5. Players back in pairs for long passing, individuals doing dynamic match related work, Wingers & FB's, 3-4 short sharp passing then turn explosively. Strikers do shooting
6. Players perform 2 x 15 yard sprints.
