The purpose of this activity is to, maintain a triangle shape, along with moving without the ball. As soon as the ball is passed the player has to move to an open space.

Organization: Add goals to the boxes.
Instructions: Defender wins the ball can score. The passing team, has to pass the ball in the first box 3 times before moving to the next box. The player that passes the ball has to move to an open space. This goes one for a minute and a half. Rotate until each team has gone twice.
Coaching Points/Questions: Can you disguise your passes? Can you get your body in the right shape in order to receive the ball? Where do you move when you pass the ball.
Regressions/Progressions: If the activity is too easy for the passing team then, restrict the movement to just one box.

Moving without the ball (20 mins)
Organization: Eight 10 x 10 boxes Coordinated colors.
Instructions: No defense. 3 passes and then move to the next box. The player passing the ball, moves to an open space. After three passes the players move to the next box and repeat. Time, for 1 minute 45 seconds. Compete with the teams and see who can go between the boxes the most.
Coaching Points/Questions: Where do you move after you pass the ball? When do you move to the open space. How are you receiving the ball?
Regressions/Progressions: Add time to 2 minutes if the activity is too hard. Decline to 1 minute if it is too easy.
