25 yards by 25 yards 5 v 5. Can go 6v6 or 7v7, or can go 2 teams vs one team. OPPTIONAL NEUTRALS ON FLANKS. 4 goals in each corner. Attacking team is looking to keep possession, switch point of attack and score into one of the four nets. Defending team looking to stay compact and press as a unit to win back possession and look to score in one of the four nets.

Organization:
25x25 yard circle. 6 v 6 - 2v2 in the middle of the circle alternate players on the perimeter. Play starts from outside the circle into teammates in circle. Inside players must combine with each other before playing the ball to a perimeter player. Perimeter players can play to another perimeter player. Defending team to regain possession and play to their teammates on outside of circle.
Key Factors:
Playing away from pressure - first touch must be into space away from traffic.
Looking to distribute the ball away from inside players to give outside players time to react and find another player.

Organization:
40 yards x full width. line on each flank, with a group of players in the middle. The middle group of players combine to make 3 passes and play deep into corner or on edge of 18 yard box. Flank player running onto the ball to take one touch to control and second to play in second 6(PK spot). Middle 3 players need to create different types of runs (near post, far post, central)

Organization:
Using half of field. Attacking team in a 1-4-3(point forward) Defending team in 3-3.
GK to serve ball into CB or FB. Attacking team to combine and to finish in either of small goals. Small goals represent penetrating pass to wide MF player. Defending team looking to regain possession and score on GK.
Key Factors:
1) Starting positions: CBs wide as 18 yrd box, high on corners or dropping to play FB. FB High and wide. 2 holding to find space in between ST. CAM to create depth and space.
2)As ball is played to strong side, weak side players to slide in more centrally. CB to stop at PK spot, FB to slide over to 6 yrd box.
3)Players must play with urgency to get ball to small goals. Minimal touches on ball to control, Weak side players to observe what is happening and anticipating a transition.
4) CDM to show for support - Stay within Center Circle and Half Space, weak side CDM to support on angle looking to switch field.
Progression:
Add a CB for Defending team.Have players switching point of attack through CDM or CAM.

Objectives:
Playball wide to get players out of position and commit to pressure. Createoverloads on flank, play into box to score
Coaching Points:
Be patient with possession. Keeping goodshape ( DF-MF, MF-AT). Try to draw players out of position and Identify when isthe best opportunity to exploit an overload on flank. Look to penetrate deep into flanksof Zones 3 and 4.
