Set-up:
-two 12x12 grids that share the same central line. (adjust based on team size)
-two teams of 7 or 8. (adjust if needed)
-all balls in a pile with the coach outside the midway line of the grid.
Transition Rondo:
-Each team in own half of grid.
-All balls restart with coach.
-Coach plays ball in to blue.
-red sends 2 defenders into blues grid.
-blue tries to connect 8 passes to score a point (adjust pass count when needed).
-red defenders try to steal the ball and play back to their attacking half to score a point. If red is able to maintain possesion back to their side, blue must send 2 defender across to defend.
-Play continues until ball is out of bounds. Restarts with coach.
- Play first to 15 (adjust if needed)
Coaching points:
-speed of play
-being prepared to recive the ball and be decisive
-play 1 touch when needed, but it is ok to take 2 touches when you have time/space .
-look to play away from pressure away from defenders. Don't force it!
-Transitional moments: offense to defense, and defense to offense. Defenders must win the ball and play it out of pressure, don't take extra touches once the ball is won. Attackers must react when they lose the ball and collapse quickly to win the ball back.

Set-up:
-full futsal field
-6 goals, 1 in each corner and 1 at each side of the midfield line
-3 teams of 6
-balls behind each endline
6 Goal Game:
-3 teams of 6. 2 Team playing on field, 1 team acting as bumber players (can play with 2 teams depending on your numbers with no bumper team)
-Each team defends the 3 goals behind them and attacks the 3 goals in front of them.
-Can score at any goal any time. (can add touch limit or pass count if needed)
-bumper players have 2 touches (can make it 1 touch) and act as nuetrals.
-teams work the ball around to find the open space/goal
Coaching points:
-switch the point of attack through our pivot player (holding midfielder)
-don't force the ball down one side if defenders are well organized
-quickly switch the point of attack to create numerical advantages. Must be quick and sharp! Don't give the defenders to shift and recover to the other side.
-must quickly support your teammates when switching point of attack to create these numerical advantages. You must be quicker than the defenders!
-look to isolate defenders in wide areas.
-When under pressure pull the ball out and find the pivot player. They are open almost all the time.

Set up:
-both field 1 an fiel 2 sie by side.
-4 futsal goals in each corner (or about 3-5 yards off the sideline)
-7v7 or 8v8 (6 or 7 field players,1 GK) can add bumpers when needed
4 Goal game:
-each team defends the 2 goals behind them and attacks the 2 goal in front of them.
-GK must tranistion between both defensive goals depening on where the ball is
-teams look to play quickly and switch the point of attack through the central players to catch the GK out of position.
-Must be in attacking half to score
-can also add touch limits, pass counts, or neutrals
-first to 5 wins. (adjust score when needed)
Coaching Points:
-attract pressure to one side to quickly play out through pivot player/central players to create numerical advantages on weakside.
-Once ball is switched go at defenders and put them under pressure
-must move the ball quickly and sharply to catch GK out of position.
-Make quick decisions and play the ball with pace to unbalance the defense.
-Find the goal and score when it is on. Don’t be afraid to take chances!
-Don’t Force it!

-start with passing with inside of foot and progress to driven ball with laces
Coaching points:
-solid contact with the ball and swinging through
-hitting the ball flat on the groud (hitting through the middle of the ball)
-emphasize importance of first touch in order to play back qucikly
-balancing power and accuracy
