We will work in 4 week rotating blocks, we will get through 4 of these rotations during the fall season. The goal is to build upon the principles, sub principles, and sub sub principles as we progress through the season. Working from a principle to counter principle for the 2 team sessions during the week will create great repetition and reinforcement for the players. For example Week 1/Block 1 the 1st session the defs are working on building out and the attacking players are getting reps pressing (Focus on Building Team), then the 2nd session the focus is on the attacking group pressing but the defs still get reps building out of the back.

Session Organization: rondo 4 vs 2 + 2 vs 2
players will have possesion 5 passes consecutive in order to switch the point of attack
blue team will try to recover the ball if they recover they should to switch the point of attack in other o score in the middle small goal
winger will receive the ball, and this one will have support of the WB or MS (overlap or underlap) playing agains WB an MDS 2 vs 2 trying to score
