Gate Possession & Transition - No Direction:
Two teams compete in a keep-away game but to score they must combine through one of the four gates - from either front or back. Either the ball or a player must travel through the gate. You cannot score on the same gate two times in a row. This can be played with neutral players to give the attacking team a slight advantage.
Coaching Points:
-Combine to get through the gates
-Get 3 to 4 players involved in a combination
-One touch whenever you can
-Immediate pressure after loss of possession
- Defensive funnel

Four Gate Game:
Two teams compete in a game each defending and attacking two gates.
Coaching Points:
-How do you eliminate defenders?
-How can you be more dynamic - incorporate more players, interchange, S.O.P
-Immediate pressure after loss of ball
-Defensive funnel
