Session should have a 10 minute solid warm-up at start of session. This should try to incorporate the ball and lots of dynamic stretching
Cool down for 10 Minutes must be completed at end and must include plenty of stretching exercises.

Set Up:
20 yards across x 16 yards up both sides plus 6 yard middle zone. Players get into 6 pairs.
4v2 in a box
3 passes to score - once team has 3 passes they should switch the ball to the other area and the defenders run across to the other side.
If the defending team win the ball they go to goal and the team who has given the ball away must become the defenders in the other box. Coach plays ball in as sson as goal is scored or shot is saved.

Set Up: Conditioned game 4 goal game - with 4 neutal players
Aim: To score in either of 2 goals attacking. Must go into 9 before scoring. Side players are for support.
Coaching Points:
1. Patience in possesion
2. Depth and width in possession.
3. Don't force the play
4. Quality passing
5. Third man running

Play 6v6 / 7v7 scrimmage to finish session
14 players 60x40yards

Practice 1 - P+R and ball manipulation (15 mins)
Set Up: 5 greens on outside, 5 blues in middle, and 6 blacks in middle in pairs. Greens pass and move round outside of the area. Blues dribble in middle practicing ball manipulation. Blacks pass and move in area working on first touch and control.
Aim: To improve quality of first touch, ability to play split passes and work on ball manipulation.
