Organization:
- 2 teams of 4 - IF 7 players make one player neutral and play 3v3+1
- 30w x 40l
- 3x5minute games (clock starts in first duel) [15 minute block x2]
Instructions:
- Game will begin with 1v1 or 2v2 (coaches preference) to get possession and start game up +1
- 1 touch finish
- Make it take it (within 3 second countdown or turnover)

Organization:
- 2 teams of 3 + 2 neutrals IF group of 7 (3v3+1)

- 3x 4 minute games [15 minute block x2]
Instructions:
- Deepest player starts with ball
- Must connect 3 passes before progressing to other half via pass or dribble
