Set up area suitable to players and ability.
play involved one winger, one attacking midfielder and two forwards. Forwards start by the goal and play long pass to midfielder, then run around cone and make runs to goal. midfielder receives ball, plays out wide to winger to then cross, 3 midfielders look to combine and score.

Set up back 5 to play width of 18 yard box with wide channels, set wingers on outside.
3 attacking midfielders and a target for blue.
Back four have time limit to not concede target goals to switch with attacking team. attacking team have wave of players but only have 3 attack at a time, time limit to score goal from out wide.
start wingers unopposed and progress to defenders entering, change numbers when needed.
Blue team must win ball and play to target for a point, service can start from GK into red attacker or a serve point.
