As shown in the fig. Red team will maintain the defensive line just 3 yards ahead of the ball line or the edge of the penalty box. (make sure the wall is ahead of this line)

The leader will give the call for the action to be taken by the team.

Option 1: He gives a call for everyone to move towards the goal a sec before the ball is kicked so as to win the header before any opponent.

Option 2: He gives a call to take a step away from the goal so as to pull the opponents into offside position.

As shown in the fig. Red team will maintain the defensive line is in line with the wall. 4 to 5 players in the wall as per the confidence of the GK.

Remaining players do man marking.

In this setup pulling offside trap is difficult so the leader takes a step back a sec before the kick is being taken so as to reach the ball before any attacker.

In this situation mostly teams take a direct free kick.
