Session Organisation
- As shown, 3 teams play amongst each other
How to Play
- 2 players remain on the outside whilst 2 operate in the middle
- After outside player passes in to team mate they must move around the outside to ensure players in the middle are scanning for information
Progressions/Challenges
- Try to receive in a position in which you can see your target
- Try to play with limited touches and ensure your pass reaches it target
- Try to be in a different square to your teammate
- Try to make sure you are not on the same line as your teammate
- Try to view the highest player and make the most advanced pass possible
- Try to support the forward pass behind or beyond the recieving player
- Progress to have all 4 players in the area but stipulate that they must TRY and play with two on the outside as much as possible. This will encourage rotation, communication and awareness

- As shown. Team of neutrals on the outside, 2 teams compete in the middle
How to Play
- 1 team looks to maintain possession with the other team looking to win the ball back
- Play is directional from wherever the ball is played in (positions offered for reference)
- Must go through central players before '#9' can receive
- If defending team win the ball they play to neutrals and regain possession as attacking team
- Play to a time limit and rotate teams
- Progress to add in target goals
