Awareness and Competitive element - Using the CORNERS
When "stop the ball" is shouted, players leave there ball and sprint into the corner of there allocated team. Players then re-take ANY ball and await next shout
Competitive - first team back wins a point.
This set up can be used to player a game of corners.
- Number players accordinly by ability 1-4
- coach shouts out number, those players join the pitch to play 2v2 or 1v1. Team/Number dependant.

Additional movement with ball
Phase 4
When stop the ball is shouted, players can dribble their own ball back into their own corner, first team back wins a point. Players regroup and await next shout.
Phase 5
When stop the ball is shouted, players stop and leave their ball and dribble any other ball back into their corner. First team back wins a point.
Phase 6
when stop the ball is shouted, players dribble back to their corner via any other corner.
Points to consider:
- Difference between RWB and Dribbling. Explain benefits.
- Head up, looking for space
- encouraging fast play (into transitions)
