 Focus: 2/3 & 9/7/11

Organization:

• Wide players are passing back and forth. A forward pass in behind triggers the action within the box. Blue players must touch the mannequin before tracking runners into the box. Red team can attack the box immediately on the forward pass trigger.
• Red team make runs into the box on the trigger. They are looking to occupy zones within the box (near / far) and create separation from the defender. They have to score on 1 touch. 
• Blue team have to defend the box by tracking runners and denying the red team from shooting.
• Crossers are looking to play low, hard driven passes across the box.

• Runs in the box (near/far) near post and far post runs.
• Position in between the posts
• Cross - Low hard and driven across the 6 
• Time the run to match the cross
