Organization:
- Divide you team into teams of three players each. Each team will need 6 balls,
- 3 balls are placed at each end of their playing area as shown in the diagram.
- The goal of the game is to get all 6 balls into the bucket area.
- The players will dribble the ball into the bucket and use the bottom of their foot to stop the ball and then run to the other side or back.
- Once they tag the player on the other side then that player will dribble the ball into the bucket, use the sole of their foot to stop the ball, and continue to the other side to tag the next player.
- The first team to get all six balls into the bucket wins the race.
After the race then you can leave the balls in the bucket and proceed to the Empty the Bucket race.
Coaching Points:
- Long touch out of feet and accelerate
- Speed, Speed, Speed !!!!

Organisation
- 30 x 20 area
- Two 5 yard zones at each end of the box
Activity
- 3v3
Aim: Receive or dribble within the end zone.
Progression
- Players dribble in to the box and stop the ball, they then keep the ball and attack the opposite goal
- Team with the most consecutive dribbles in to endzone in 5 mins wins
Coaching Emphasis
- Encourage Players to be positive
- Make good decisions
- Attack with speed
- Awareness of players and space

2 End Zones with 2 small net in each side
Instructions:
Teams get a point when players dribble to the end zone and reecive an extra point if they score the small net (Prog)
- Additional point if they break a line dribble/RWTB/Passing.
Coaching Points:
1- What is the situation in this area? Is there any way you can penetrate? If not what is the solution?
2- When do you think its good idea to switch?
3- How should you perform the switch? Slow or fast, and why? What technique helps with switching quick?
4- When do you switch on the ground? When you switch on the air? Why?
Progressions/Regressions:
Prog: ge to the end zone and score in the small net
Prog: Offside is on
Reg: Bigger space
Reg: Players on the ball can score on the small net from anywhere.
