Key Points
1 team will start attacking the opposite team (2 players v 2 players). The attacking team must enter the Endzone to be able to score. They can score by shooting into the mini goal or by running with the ball through one of the scoring gates. The defensive team must try and win possession and attack the opposite goal. If the attacking team scores, their team is able to keep attacking, however, if the ball goes out of play or the opposite team scores, possession will be transferred to the other team.
Progressions
Limited number of touches to get into the Endzone.
Double points if the defending team can win the ball back and score in the opposite goal.
Time limit for the opposing team to score if they win possession.
Coaching Points
Positive first touch into space.
Travel from A - B as quickly as possible with the ball under control.
Head up when travelling, to ensure players can scan for space.

Key Points
The players must run with the ball into the Endzone, where they can shoot into the goal. As soon as the player shoots, a player from the opposing team can start to run with the ball. The original attacker must now try to make a recovery run and tackle the opposition player.
Progressions

Double points if the recovery defender can win the ball back and score in the opposite goal.

Positive first touch into space.
