Set up/Organisation/Description:
- GK starts centrally with hurdle in front of them
- 1 feeder at side of goal around 8 yards out
- 2nd feeder on angle opposite side as shown
Instructions/Explanations:
- GK travels over hurdle and feeder 1 will play high dive at their side
- GK then travels across goal for angled strike from feeder 2
Progression(s)
- GK starts in squat/ single leg squat position
- GK starts on knees and must use power to rise to feet then get over hurdle
- GK goes over then back for low dive then feeder 2 plays high dive

Set up/Organisation/Description:
- 2 mini goals facing side ways and back to back
- 1 feeder in front of each mini goal with ball
- Flat markers to make goal between mini goals and slightly behind with 1 different colour marker in front
- Coach feeding with supply of balls in front of flat marker goal (Could replace with 7s goal)
Instructions/Explanations:
- 5 mins of flexibility work to prepare for blocking and spreading shapes
- GK starts at white flat marker and drops deep to goal when coach provides trigger
- Coach feeds by strike from floor
- GK then moves to 1 mini goal where red feeder will attack and create scenarios to use block and spread
Coaching points/learning objectives
- Decision on when to use block/ spread
- Technical efficiency in shapes
- Hands in front and present body towards the ball (no twisting away)
- Scanning for triggers to help inform decision and timing
- Bravery- Keep the ball out the net!
Progression(s)
- GK plays 1-2 pass with red before he attacks goal
- GK moves round opposite side of goal for low dive recovery feed

- 1 feeder edge of box with supply of balls
Instructions/Explanations:
- Ball starts with black feeder who provides trigger
- Black can then strike on goal or play through through to/ combine with reds
- Reds encouraged to make realistic movements (Drop deep/ Across face or wide on blindside)

Progression(s)
- 1 red recovers as defender upon pass
- Add defender- becomes 2v1 in tight space
- Add mini goals for GK to distribute into/ defender to attack if wins ball 1v2

Set up/Organisation/Description:
- Pitch width of 18 yard box and 35 yards length
- 1v1 in middle with 2 wide wall players (Can use coach here)
- 1x GK in each 11 aside goal
Instructions/Explanations:
- 1 goal is assigned as Champion goal; 2nd goal is goal 1
- 2 players in middle play 1v1 game aiming to score in opposition goal
- Player can use GK or wide players to maintain possession/ create 1v1 scenario against opposition GK
- If ball exits play then coach quickly feeds in another
- If a GK conceeds in their goal they must exit their goal and player who scored enters goal 1
- If CHAMP conceeds then player in goal 1 becomes CHAMP
- Can only score a point by surviving a round in the CHAMP goal; aim is to get there and stay as long as possible
- Highest points total wins
