20 minute passing rhythm. Yellow player passes ball into the red player who turns to pass to the green player who is either on a blue or a red cone. The coach will shout the colour of the cone once the yellow player makes the pass. The green player is trying to The blue player is attempting to either tackle the ball from the green player or intercept the pass.

30 minute 3v3 Scanning Game. Two teams of 3v3 (or could be 4v4) playing in the rectangle. 4 goals that are colour coded (could also be gates) by cones. Coach is walking around the outside of the rectangle and holds a colour cone up that corresponds to the goal that is live. Coach can put his arm down, switch, etc. When one team scores or kicks it out then the losing team comes off and the outside team comes in. The outside team are magic passing players for either team. Can also have 1 outside player take control of the cone flagging.

30-40 minutes whole game scenarios - move into normal game scenario (6v6, 7v7 etc) but incorporate the following scenarios and switch each team around:

Warm Up (25 mins)
30 min Warm up / arrival activity - in pairs either inside or outside the rectangle. If inside the grid then player A passes to player B and player A then moves into another square. If the pair is outside the grid then they must pass and move to another side of the rectangle to receive the next pass. Coach will move pairs in and out of rectangle. Encourage scanning, looking, body shape to receive. Suggest that players take a positivie touch into the next box if possible. Look for timing of the pass.
