POP 1st Option (10 mins)
Phase of Play - 1st option 7v6
Centr mid on Blue team loses ball and to Other CM - Then he stays high and acts as a target in endzone.
1st passing option is into CM then into Central Fwd.
Coaching points.
-Closest defender steps
-Other Cb and Lb drop to cover while Rb provide the baland and drops in also
-Reaction speed, all defenders must get to there position quickly
-Communication

- 3 covers the wide players movemnt while 4,5 and 2drop and cover long ball
- 4 to head the ball if thats an option and 5 and 2 cover his header

POP 3rd Phase (10 mins)
Phase of Play - 3nd phase 9v8
Blue team play out of the back and make a poor pass that is incepted by the Full back who plays into the FWD who dropped in the whole
passing option is into CM then into the winger.

- As possession is turned over 4 and 5 must push up and close together. 2 and 3 must drop and come central
- When ball played into deep Fwrd one CB must step or get closest CM to press.
