Last ditch block
Blue passes to red
Red will then shoot/roll the ball to A
Blue needs to block the ball
Once blocked, red then shoots/rolls towards B
5 attempts each then swap
Keep footballs close.
Coaching points
Block with the leading leg
Powerful clearance
Stay on your toes and be ready
Player delivering can use their hands or feet, needs to be a quality delivery to make the defender work.

4 v 2 - 1v1 (Breakout)
Blues try to keep the ball from reds
If a red wins the ball then they go 1v1 vs Yellow
If blues are keeping the ball after 10 passes then one blue attacks the yellow
When 1v1 is happening blues vs reds continues with the coach rolling a ball in
Rotate players
GK can be used or a mini goal
Coaching points
Defender (1v1) show them on their weak side
Don't dive in (Protect your goal)
Reds put pressure on blues, don't stop pressing

5v3 Att vs Def
2 minute games
Offsides active, normal rules
Defenders need to protect the goal
If defenders win the ball back they can score in the small goals
2 sets of 3 defenders can be used and rotated
Coaching points
Work together as a team
protect the goal at all costs (no foul)
Try and score in the other goals
Show them on their weak side
