Day 1

Ind Juggling levels

Ind Settling out air

Static passing partners: 5-40 yds- 1 touch/2 touch/Driven/Lofted

Long distance dribbling races, front foot pass to drop off- NO COD

Day 2 

Partner Juggling- 1,2,3,2,1

Static to moving passing partners: 5-40 yds- 1 touch/2 touch/Driven/Lofted

*Active recovery: Partner Settling out air- Half bounce to V/Air or half bounce return/Take touch before return/Any settle

SSG- 1v1 channels (Def start static in middle to cancel out Accel/Decel, No turns for Att)

Day 3

Static group Juggling

10-15 yd passing squares: 3 touch- FW In/FW out, FW 2 touch- FW/BK foot, FW/FW foot, 1 touch- In, alt Out & In

*Rondo's between each round: 4v1/4v2/4v3/Progressive

Unopposed Dribble & Finish- Rejoin original line for active recovery: Outside box-Laces, Inside box- in, inside box-out

Moving group Juggling

20-40yd passing squares: Up, back, through/over

*Possession between each round: 2 groups/1 group + outside players

Opposed Dribble & Finish- Field laps until numbers are called to start

3 minute games, winners stay on, if get 3 wins in a row can choose to stay or rest
