Method: Players take it in turns to sprint out to the centre cone (orange) then step to the left cone (green) or right cone (blue) before returning back.
TIME: 5 SETS OF RUNS ON EACH SIDE
Coaching Points:
Players perform big steps at the cones to change direction.
This allows the players to change direction quickly and effectively with speed.
Quick feet and co-ordinated movements to change direction will be support by the player driving their leg around and through.

Method: 5 v 2 Rondo in two zones
The play starts in one zone where players play 4 v 2, after completing 4 passes they can switch the play to the other zone by passing the ball to an end zone player.
If defending team wins the ball they have to score/pass to any of the small goals placed on the outside.
Time: 4x2 mins game

Method: 5 v 5 +1 Area: 50x40m Time: 15mins
Teams will attempt to complete four or more passes in the possession zone (shaded area 20x20m) before switching the point of attack to their team mate in the wide area.
Play becomes open following a switch of play.
The yellow neutral player will work with the team in possession.
