Warming up (10 mins)

DESCRIPTION:
推前皮球後, 用腳面或腳內則 踢中皮球的正面, 把皮球踢向前方球員, 再走上前換位. 

接球球員, 可用任何方式接球後, 傳到下一位置 (嘗試2腳內)

進展 : 盤球去對面, 改為用腳面扯個波到對面

AIMS:

教導及改善傳球質素

BEHAVIOURS:

球速, 擊球的中心,腳外則, 踢球的腳先落地, 腳指尖向下(腳面)

CONDITIONS:

嘗試皮球面緊貼地面

DISTRIBUTION:

推出皮球傳出開始

First touch and shoot (20 mins)

DESCRIPTION: 

1) 有防守 - 場外傳球給左球員 (由1至6運行), 同時2組, 另一組由6至1運行. (可先用慣竊腳傳球)
2) 有防守 - 攻方需並排防守開始, 開始後防守可搶截傳球, 或1VS1防守. 防守成功得球後盤球回發球者方向底線成功.

3) 流程 - 10-12人一組 ; 傳球後走向傳球方球. (不可進入球場)

4) 防守成功搶到傳球, 盤球到攻方底線 ; 1 VS1 搶到持球者, 持球者做防守.

5) 傳球是到位, 不是傳到腳.
6) 分2組或3組, 如3組, 可以一組給能力較底或未長力球員同組訓練.

AIMS:

改善第一控球 及 傳球速度


BEHAVIOURS:

身體方向, 踢球的中心, 最大的球速, 控向下個目標, 控球後已越過防守.


CONDITIONS:

有越位

2腳波,

左腳左傳, 左腳右腳 (2則相同)


DISTRIBUTION:

場外球員, 推出球後傳球

3 vs 1 Passing and Possession (25 mins)

DESCRIPTION:

1) 場區2vs1 + 1Server (20mx15m). 目標傳球入下方區域球員. 防守球員走入下方搶球, 成功後回傳給發球者成功.

2) 攻方 站左右開始 ; 防守中間區域. 所有人企好開始.

3) 流程 : 攻方 及 防方各5-6名球員. 攻方其一名先做SERVER或教練做 ; 完成後左方走向中, 中走向右, 再換外出等待球員.
 

AIMS:

改善第一控球 及 傳球質素


BEHAVIOURS: 

身體方向, 支援位置, 最大能度的擊球力度, 全速去接應傳球.

CONDITIONS:

可回傳

接應者第2腳波

10腳內要傳到下方區域

分2個場同時進行
