Tell players 3 and 2 to pick up their cones and take 10 steps back, extending the area to focus on longer passing
When player 2 passes to player 3, he must sprint after his pass to the end cone. You only have to sprint when you pass the ball from the middle, to the outside.

Same as progression 2, make sure player 2 is the one sprinting to end cone 3, not player 1 who is passing it
