You always move from outside cone, to middle cone, to outside cone

Can use this as a warmup and include dynamics in between progressions

Progression 2 (10 mins)

Tell players 3 and 2 to pick up their cones and take 10 steps back, extending the area to focus on longer passing

When player 2 passes to player 3, he must sprint after his pass to the end cone. You only have to sprint when you pass the ball from the middle, to the outside.
