Time: 30 Minutes
Organisation:
-Same grid and player set up as previous exercise.
-1 ball with red in zone 1.
Exercise:
-Red players in zone 1 can pass ball to each other.
-They aim to get ball to red players in zone 3.
-Blue players in zone 2 can close down player in oppositegrid in zone 1.
-Red pass back and forth as much as possible.
-If blue win ball they perform same exercise with red 3 pressing blue 4.
-Play 3 minute periods then players switch zones.
Progression:
-Remove zones 2 and 3 and play 4v4 or 5v5 in each grid.
-Transitional play between each zone aiming to get ball over opposition end line to score.
-Switch players zones so all do each role v other.
-3 minute periods.

Time: 20 Minutes
Organisation:
-2 pitches of 30x25.
-Split into 2 zones.
Exercise:
-Play 5 minute games.
-2 designated players must stay in oppositions half.
-All attacking players can move into opposition half.
-Goals can only be scored in attacking half.
-Switch after 5 minutes all face each other once.

-2 teams of 11 in 4-2-3-1
Exercise:
-Play 2 even halfs of football.
-Change teams around as required by manager.
Teams:
Red: GK- Lulu Thornton, RB- Holly Currier, LB- Georgia Ridgeway, CB- Kate Webb and Charley Haynes, MC- Sian Hardaker and Fluer Jenkins, W- Millie Onslow and Rachel Deere, WS- Erin Flynn, CF- Katie Horsborough.

Exercise 1: Passing drill. (10 mins)
Time: 10 Minutes
Organisation:
-Grid of 25x20 split into grids of 5x5.
-Split players into even groups in each grid.
-Red players all start with ball each.
Exercise:
-Red players and blue players play 1 touch passes.
-60 seconds then blues move down a grid and swap places with another blue.
-Continue till return to original position.
Progression:
-Passes made through grids.
-Red 1 passes to blue2.
-Blue 2 passes back to red 1.
-Red 1 passes to red 3.
-Red 3 passes to blue 2.
-Blue 2 passes to blue 4.
-Continue this sequence the other way.
