Drill

Set Up:

Box of 25x25 set up as shown in the diagram. Fours or Sevens goals staggered.

Action:

Player dribbles and performs a step over to beat the first man. After beating the first man they drive toward the 2nd man and perform a 'Neymar' to turn out and away. After turning away they must then drive and finish into the goal. Players then re join the line they started from.

1v1

Set Up:

Box of 25x25 set up as shown in the diagram. Fours or Sevens goals staggered.

Action:

A1 drives towards and performs 'Step Over' to go by the first cone. A1 then continues driving towards the mannequin to perfom a 'Neymar'. As this happens D1 makes a run behind the goal to join and create a 1v1. Players will return to their own corner. After set period of time players change role.
