then right side then left side then reverse as above

interspesed with partner dynamics

server serves while lunge matrix

player performs volley inside of foot then finds another server

30s each then swap

carry on do outside foot then laces, chest volley, headers

finally pass and move with ball on floor/ flicks for a give and go around server. progress by increasing range on movement.

move to area 3

stopping and landing mechanics

3 reps then partner strech perform 5 times moving further to next cone after each run

aid in accustom to stopping and landing on surface.

increase intensity

then finish with 3 sets shuttles done as relay this will help increase speed and intensity
