Players organized into 2 teams. Central area split into 2 halves with gates the ball winning team can go through. 2 defensive players must stay in their half to create the over load. when the defending team wins the ball, they must attempt to work the ball through the openings and over to the other side. once ball is through teams then swap rolls with the new defensive team leavign 2 players. 2 defenisve players must be constantly moving the receive the ball through the openings. if teams complete 8 passes they can then go to goal and finish. 2 attackers can go and 1 defender is allowed to track back and try to stop it.
