Play is in an area the width of the penalty area (44yds) and 17 yds outside penalty area in length (i.e. 35yds)
Ball is supplied to Reds by 3 servers spread around the area.
Aim of Exercise
Reds must first make 3 passes and then score by playing ball to target man
If Blues win the ball, they can score in mini-goals on outside of area.
