Possesion Game - 4 Corner Goal Game
Set Up:
30 x 30 yard grid with four 6 yard corner areas.
Procedure:
1. Each player with a ball. Players must dribble from corner to corner and perform a skill in each corner. Points for each corner.
2. Create two teams, each player still with a ball. Highest team score wins.
3. 1 ball posessional game. After each pass the player must run and touch the nearest cone.
Progressions:
1. Individual --> team --> posessional.
2. Same player may not score twice in a row.
3. Number of passes inbetween corners.
Coaching points:

1v1 to 3v3
Set Up:
30 x 30 yard grid with two goals on each end.
Procedure:
1. First player in each line sprints to the end cone and enters the field. Coach serves a ball into the middle to initiate 1v1.
Progressions:
1. 2v2
2. 3v3
3. Outta here

Shooting duals
Set Up:
2 cones 20 yards out for each team.
Procedure:
1. Player 1 takes a touch and shoots. Player 1 immediately turns to defend player 2 before he shoots. Play continues transitioning from shooting to defending.
Coaching Points:
Eye on ball, head/shoulder/knee over the ball, toe down ankle locked (instep), toe up, heel down, ankle locked (inside of foot). Finesse vs power, shoot for far post.
Progressions:
1. Alternate foot and surface of foot.

30 x 30 yard grid with four cones 15 yards apart in a diamon shape. Players evenly distributed at each cone with a ball.
Procedure:
First player in lines 1 and 2 dribble at each other, perform a prescribed move and go to the right around the other player. As soon as two reach the middle lines 3 and 4 go.
Progressions:
1. Pass after the turn to the next in line.
