Football/Soccer Session (Difficult): POSSESSION / TRANSITION GAME

POSSESSION / PRESSING  - 7 V 7 + 3 

3 yellows are neutral players , playing with team in possession , they cannot score however .

6 mini goals - 2 in middle are back to back - all count as one  goal , poles at one end , if possession team can dribble through these counts as 2 goals 

keep play as much as possible to 2 touch , can defending team press as a unit , defend all goals and transition to score quickly once ball is won .

team that scores hold onto possession and ball played in by coach .

yellow team would be generally made up of CMs 

let play start for 2 mins , stop play , now get both teams to organisz themselves 

PROGRESSION 

after 10 mins - remove mini goals in center and at sides - leaving 2 mini goals at one end  and poles 

each team has a 2 x  5 minute game now playing to one end at a time .

goal count remains same .
