1.) Practicing moving the ball off the rebounder. pass and trap same foot 3 sets10 passes then move to off foot

2.) Alternate passing with one foot and trapping with the opposite 3 sets 20 passes 

3.) Passing off the rebounder timing your pass so you can move around to the other side of the cone to receive the pass and repeat 3 sets 20 passes

a pass off the rebounder, player will move across to the other side of the cone and receive while opening up to the next rebounder to do the same thing .

repeat 2 sets of 20 and switch the movement from counter clockwise to clockwise.

1.)Pass off the short rebounder while backing up receive with a slight open to move around the cone

2.) A hard pass off the long rebounder, closing some space recieve in front of the cone and opening with the foot closest to the short rebounder to complete the cycle

repeat 2x20 then move the short rebounder to the other side.
