Warm Up (15 mins)
Using a full 4v4 field, have all players start by dribbling around. Remind them that it is small pushes, not kicking the ball. We want them to use there shoe laces or pinky toes to dribble. Start skills with pendulums, pull/drag/rollover movement, inside/outside, pull back turn and finish with a Lung Step move. Teach the pull back turn. Foot on top of the ball and pull back. Teach the squash the bug move, shoulder and body fake one direction and touch with the outside of the foot the other way. Remind them to dribble with there head up, not to run into each other. Finish with juggling.
