Organisation:

  • Hamish and Josh starting position just inside the near post.
  • Cross on the keeper.
  • Gullo center of goal.
  • Will just outside the 6 yard box in between Gullo and Campbell.
  • Will and Gullo read the flight of the ball and if long try and move to far post.
  • Panter attacking the ball far post. 

Instruction:

Coaching Points:

  • No balls to go through to the other side of the goal without being touched. 
  • Good deliveries.
  • Take your time and breath before delivering the ball.

  • Steve Cross far post. 
  • Steve ball does not go past you. If you can't shoot put the ball back across goals.
  • 1 of the 4 in the middle to run earlier then the others. 
  • Attack the ball
  • Get in front of the keeper.
