Setup:
- 12 players on a half field
- 2 medium sized Bownets (orange)
- Pinnys for one team
- Mark a retreat line at centre
- 6 players on each team, including goal keepers
Instruction:
- The defending team always plays with one less player. The player farthest from the ball has to exit the field.
- FIFA Laws of the Game applied
- On goal kicks, the defending team must begin at the retreat line - half way.
Progression:
- 1 touch finish
Regression:
- Remove a player from each team to open space and rotate subs frequently. The defending team still plays one player short making it 5v4.
Coaching Points:
- Striker holds up ball and plays back to midfielders
- Passes through channels to wide midfielder
- Maintaining triangles and diamond shapes at all times, even in final third
- Work on overlap runs to move ball up the wing

Setup:
- A half indoor turf field
- With cones to mark off an area about the width of the box as shown
- Pinnys for the attacking team
- The defending team will rotate a goalie every 5 turns
Instruction:
- Begin with 2v1 activities, with the objective for the attacking team to score on goal.
- Attacking team works on combination of passes with the end result a shot on goal.
- Quick movement after a pass is completed - either wide, behind defender, overlap
- The play is dead if the ball goes out of play, and then the attack resets with 2 new attackers and defender.

Setup:
- cones set up as per diagram
- 1 ball per group at each end
Instruction:
- Players dribble toward the yellow cone and will execute a variety of different 1v1 skills at the cone to mimic beating an opposing player. Continue dribbling to centre cones and then turn around with a skill move before passing to the waiting player in her group.
Moves to execute dribbling toward yellow cone: lateral rolls, drag and push, outside lift, fakes and feints, V-pull away, inside cut
Coaching Points:
- Tight touches when dribbling, body over ball
- As much speed as possible without losing ball control.
- Head up dribbling
- Use of body to fake the opponent
