Description
1v1 Game. Attackers start with the ball and dribble to middle cone before making a decision which way to explode out. Defenders must run and touch middle cone before trying to steal ball from attacker. Attackers can go either side and must dribble through gates to score.

Description
Opposed 1v1 practice. Ball starts with Defender who passes the ball into the Attacker. Attacker must then beat the defender 1v1 and dribble through either gate. Focusing on Defenders body position and trying to go opposite way to where defender is forcing you by looking at their feet. If defender wins ball he can attack opposite gates.

Description
Line game. Two teams play against each other to try and dribble the ball over the opposition end-line.

Progression 1 - Cannot pass in Attacking Half.
Progression 2 - No forward passing allowed at all, only backwards/sideways.
Both progressions are forcing the players to dribble if they wish
to score.
