Organization:
1. 20x30 yard area, split into two fields (10X15)
Instructions:
1. Players dribble and look to get away from defender
2. Defender wins the ball, drops the pennie and gets the ball from attacker to take his position. New defender moves to the pit to tag awaiting defender to step in.
Coaching Points:
1. Low to help you accelerate away
2. Vary speed
3. Dribble with correct foot to protect the ball
4. Body weight leg nearest to defender
5. Extend the arms to feel for the defender and be a bigger obstacle
6. Head up to observe available options

Organization:

Instructions:
1. Players (Maroon) drible the ball and stat away from defenders.
2. Defenders look to win the ball and score
3. Players that are left without balls can step as supporting players and play possession game to keep it away from defenders

2. Change of speed and direction
3. Use of depth
4. Thinking ahead
