Organization:
The game is played as a 3v2+GKs and progresses into a 2v1+GKs. Play begins by the coach passing a ball into Team B. Team B has 6 seconds to create a shot on Team G. If Team G recovers the ball in the 3v2 they may attack Team B with the same condition of only having 6 seconds to create a shot. Once the round is over the coach is to play the ball into Team G and they attack Team B in a 2v1 going the other way. Same conditions apply. After the 2v1 has finished the round starts over with a 3v2 in Team B's favor.
Coaching Points:
Recognize when to pass to feet and when to pass into space; players should be encouraged to make runs in behind; diagonal passes for straight runs and straight passes for diagonal runs.

Organization:
Team B and Team G will play (5+GK)v(5+GK)+1. The field will be divided into 6 quadrants. Team B must make a forward pass into the opponent's half before Team B can score. Once Team B has played the ball into opposition's half the yellow neutral player joins Team B and either Team G's 9 or 10 may drop to help defend (4v4+GK). If Team G recovers the ball they attack Team B's goal, the neutral player joins Team G, and one member of Team B may drop to defend (3v3+GK).
Scoring:
Team B has 10 seconds to create a shot. If Team B makes a pass from Zone 1 to Zone 2 before scoring the goal is worth 2 point.
Team G has 10 seconds to create a shot if they recover the ball in their defensive half. Team G has 6 seconds to score if they win the ball via a high press. If Team G makes a pass from Zone 1 to Zone 2 before scoring the goal is worth 2 point.
Coaching Points:
When transitioning to attack the team in possession must look to play a forward pass as early as possible; supporting runs to help the forward lay the ball off are needed in order to quickly progress forward; players should be encouraged to make runs in behind; diagonal passes for straight runs and straight passes for diagonal runs.

6v6 Transition Game (10 mins)
Organization:
The two teams will play 6v6 in a 30x20 area. Team G will be attempting to maintain possession for 10 passes to earn a point. Team B will attempt to counter press Team G to recover the ball and quickly score on one of the four small mini goals. Team G is allowed to press to prevent goals on the mini goals. If Team B scores then the roles are reversed and play restarts with Team B.
Coaching Points:
Anticipate where the next pass is intended to go; maintain good defensive shape; identify the best opportunity to score; encourage quick transition to offense to defense and defense to offense.
