A Section
Players to use either foot over the hurdles, driving knee up sharp movements.
Plyers to play wall pass on ground back to player in between cones. Players then switch with players in the cones and start from beginning.
B Section
Players will accelerate laterally between poles.

C section
Players to jump/bound in agility circles. Pause to gain balance, then progress to next circle.

Organization:
20x20 yard circle. Players on the perimeter with a ball on every other player. Play starts from outside the circle into teammates inside the circle. Inside players must combine with each other before playing the ball to a perimeter player without ball.
