Set-Up:

- 20x25 area in the middle of the field with two big goals either side.

- Balls start behind the pug net and balls behind each goal

- GKs if numbers allow

Instruction:

- 2vs2 in the middle

- After the 2vs2 players run to the square and receieve a pass from the player behind the goal

- One player sets the ball with 1 touch and the other strikes with 1 touch.

Coaching Points:

- Take advantage of 1vs1 situations

- Look to score quickly

- Points is awarded for scoring. If there is no GK the ball has to hit the net without bouncing
